Tabletop Giant: Privacy Policy

Tabletop Giant considers your privacy to be extremely important. This policy exists in order to declare our practices in regards to how we will maintain your personal information, and establishes the following:

  • What personally identifiable information is collected from you through this site, and how it is used.
  • The choices available to you regarding the use of your data.
  • Security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  • How you can correct any inaccuracies in any of your personal information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Tabletop Giant is the sole owner of information collected from users of this site. We only collect information that is voluntarily given to the site through its usage or through emails. We will not sell, rent, or give any of your personal information to any third party, unless it is to fulfill an agreed upon functionality of the site (such as providing your mailing address to a shipper to send you a product you either purchase or win through a contest on the site).

Tabletop Giant will use your personal information in order to contact you, typically through email, about site specials, news, updates, changes to this policy, or other information pertinent to the functionality of the site. In the case that you do not wish to receive such notifications, a means to opt out of such contact will be provided through your personal profile. In addition, any user may opt out of such communication through a direct email request to tabletopgiant@gmail.com.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. All user interactions with Tabletop Giant are encrypted and transmitted in a secure manner. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon within your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only site administrators who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Site Registration

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as their email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest, as well as to identify your account. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as your real name, gender, or age) about yourself, but such information is not required.

Metrics

Tabletop Giant may from time to time generate metrics to share with users or (if requested) with Paizo. These metrics will never contain personal information about individual users; they will include only high level information which may show trends in how characters are made using our character creator for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.

Cookies

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.
